  We are a family owned business with a long proud history in the jewelry industry.  

When Lewis Schpero opened his store in 1945 on Main Street Ansonia at the end of  WWII, he would never have imagined that Lewis Jewelers would be one of the longest standing businesses in Connecticut. His vision to make quality jewelry, watches and giftware affordable for everyone is still the fundamental mission today, 80 years later.

Our range of jewelry is comprehensive, and we take great pride in our selection, whether it is a diamond from Antwerp or a hand-made piece by our very own craftsmen.

Four generations, Lewis Jewelers has been apart of American history for 80 years and will continue to be apart of history for many more years to come.
